Because they forced us to pay in Kn, when in the reservation you tell us that will be in € The behavior of the manager of the Hotel was not adapted and the service quality, with the price is not the suitable one.

A real dump. Absolutely no airflow in this non airconditioned hotel. No elevator so the elderly should be aware. The worst we have yet stayed in. The only plus is the deck of the restaurant. Stay in their sister hotel instead. I believe it is called Levorno.

The hotel is rather tired and in need of refurbishment. The rooms were clean and comfortable .
The noise levels at the hotel were unacceptable late at night and the rooms didn't provide any sound proofing. No air con.

Hotel is in very bad shape. Water leaking from huge stain in ceiling. Carpet, bed, furniture very run down. Hotel room did not look anything like website photos. No air, no elevator. You get what you pay for.

The location is very good, within easy walking distance of the main sights.
It has a very tired appearance and badly needs a facelift, especially the furnishings and lounge areas. The breakfast was of poor quality and the dining room staff were not particularly friendly.

Right next to the sea and close to the old town. Easy to find.
Breakfast eggs were indeed gray, and the rooms could use some polishing (although the furniture was nice and new). Despite that, it's a good 2-star hotel. I was a little concerned from some of the negative reviews, but if you're accustomed to 2-star, it's perfectly fine.

The hotel offers a good location, ten minutes walk from the centre of the old town, on the sea front.
The styling of the hotel is very old fashioned, dating apparently from the communist era. The breakfast buffet was by some measure the worst I have ever come across, featuring grey scrambled eggs that seemed to be made from powdered eggs, and extremely low-grade meat products.

The only redeeming feature of this terrible hotel is its location by the sea.
Old Communist hotel that should be demolished. 60 steps to our bedroom, no lift. No A/C. No hot water on the evening we arrived or the next morning. Breakfast finished at 09.30 but food was not renewed after 09.00. Very poor selection.
